Former Chancery Group MD Brian Gallen and John White of Bentley Jennison
RSM Bentley Jennison Financial Management, the financial services arm of RSM Bentley Jennison, one of the fastest growing national professional services firms, has acquired Chancery Group, a highly successful independent financial advisory firm.
This follows their acquisition of Giles Financial Services in November and makes the organisation the UK's fifth largest financial management division of an accounting-based firm.
Recent growth in trading together with the acquisitions has seen the company double in size and headcount has increased 90 per cent to 100 people. Fee income now exceeds £8.5m.
MD John White said: "We have ambitious plans for growth and the integration of both the Chancery Group and Giles Financial will be key in realising our goals."

Chancery Group won two categories of the Money Marketing UK Top 5 Awards in both 2007 and 2008.
