Brownhills Motorhomes Limited, with a branch at Blusndon, Swindon has completed a management buyout.
The deal, which is valued at £46m secures all 365 jobs within the group.
A Brownhills spokesperson said: "The Brownhills management team now has ownership of the company. We will be focusing heavily on ensuring our customers receive the best possible service."

The company has strengthened its management team in order to implement these development plans including the agreement of clear business objectives centred first and foremost on its customer service offering.
The management have undertaken to honour all previous Brownhills warranties and deposits already paid on vehicles.
Despite discontinuing arrangements with six manufacturers Brownhills still represents 17 manufacturers with a spread of marques across the breadth of motorhome offerings from the UK, Europe and the US.
