Up for trek challenge?

Wiltshire Business Online: Up for trek challenge? Up for trek challenge?

Following the success of 2011’s Ridgewalk Charity Trek, the deaf-blind charity, Sense, is challenging businesses to sign up for this year’s 52-mile event.

Last year’s trek through Wiltshire and Oxfordshire raised £160,000 for deafblind people, and winners Star Trekkers, made up of staff from Swindon offices, finished the event in a fantastic 17 hours.

The Ridgewalk, which takes place during deafblind awareness week, sets off from Icknield Community College, in Watlington in Oxfordshir, at noon on June 30.

For more information about how to take part or the work that Sense does, visit www.theridge walk.co.uk or contact the Ridgewalk Team on 0800 0461 301 to find out more about the charity challenge.
