Local Swindon company icomplete has today discovered that it is through to the final 10 as Dell honour the nation’s most innovative small and mid-size businesses as part of the 2009 Global Dell Small Business Excellence Award.
The award recognises companies using technology to better serve customers and grow. UK finalists receive a Dell business-class laptop, one-year membership to an Accredited Chamber of Commerce, and go on to compete for the national award. The national winner will receive consulting time with Michael Dell, £15,000 in Dell technology, and a ten-year membership to an Accredited Chamber of Commerce. icomplete runs an online business services suite aimed at micro to small business, combining applications (such as CRM) with telecommunications and virtual PA services, all built from the ground up using web 2.0.
icomplete recently won a contract with youth charity The Prince’s Trust to provide new business owners with a free service aimed at helping them to save time and improve their image.
Stuart Hibbert, co-founder of icomplete, “This recognition from Dell has come at a great time for us. It means an enormous amount to be selected from so many promising businesses, and we are thrilled.
"Times are tough for companies, and we work hard to offer a great service aimed at helping customers have a greater chance of succeeding with their business. It’s really positive to be recognised by a company like Dell, and we look forward to the finals in September.”
