Angela presents the award to Bruce with Lovett staff

Dick Lovett BMW has won the Best in Class for Vehicle Purchase partner award from Arval, one of the UK's leading business car specialists, for their performance. Operations director for Arval, Angela Montacute presented the supplier award to Dick Lovett corporate manager, Bruce Lewis at their dealership in Swindon.

Dick Lovett landed the award after demonstrating top performance.

The award was judged on a number of criteria including response time and customer satisfaction.

All of Arval's preferred fleet maintenance and vehicle purchase suppliers have signed a service level agreement setting out the minimum standards for service delivery to Arval customers.

Every day, Arval collect data on how suppliers are performing and use this information to make sure the service continually improves.

At the end of every quarter, the data is analysed and turned into a league table which allows Arval to recognise the best performing supplier.

Angela Montacute said: "It is important to recognise when suppliers are exceeding our requirements. Feedback from dealers indicates that they welcome the performance management system Arval has pioneered as it supports them in making service improvements."
