Chris and Anita Lowe have regained ownership of the venues and events division of the Swindon-based Real Affinity Group.
Conferaccom Ltd will in future trade as Venues Event Management.
Conferaccom became part of Real Affinity PLC in 2006 in order to add venue finding and event management to Affinity's portfolio.
But CEO Anita Lowe and chairman Chris Lowe were given the opportunity to regain ownership of the business.
"Chris and I started the business 18 years ago," said Anita.
"We watched it grow into a successful, thriving company with a portfolio of high profile clients. The opportunity to re-acquire Conferaccom was too good to pass up."
The change of ownership is subject to an emergency general meeting taking place with the Real Affinity PLC shareholders.
This will be on May 19 but is expected to be a formality.
"Being part of Real Affinity was great and opened doors for us," said Chris.
"But returning to being owners will allow us to become more focused."
Organisational changes within the company will also support growth, with the appointment of Kate Wyatt as operations director and Andrew Hancox as financial director.
Originally founded in 1989, Conferaccom Ltd established itself as one of the UK's leading event management, accommodation and conference placement companies.
